This workshop will explore how trade unionism can boost workers’ power, showcasing organising successes and looking at the challenges workers face. Whether you’re new to trade unionism or an experienced activist, this session will provide practical guidance on protecting your rights and organising in your workplace. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how, as workers, we can use our collective strength to fight for better pay, treatment and conditions.
